The Employment Practice Group at MFH handles a broad range of issues in the employment law area. We routinely represent business clients in defense of employment related actions on claims of harassment, discrimination, invasion of privacy, whistle-blower, wrongful discharge, libel and slander, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, retaliation, and wrongful termination. MFH attorneys also represent individuals with employment related concerns including contract negotiation and termination of employment matters.
