Eric D. Hevenor
Eric Hevenor is an associate at McConnell Fleischner Houghtaling, LLC, providing litigation support in all areas of the firm’s practice. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he was a founding member of the York Memorial Project. The Project built a permanent monument on the Lewis & Clark campus to belatedly recognize the achievement and sacrifice of York – the only slave taken on the Corps of Discovery Expedition. After law school, Mr. Hevenor joined the firm of Stahancyk, Kent, Johnson & Hook where he assisted in litigating high-asset dissolution cases. He then joined the Nick Carter Law Firm in Wyoming where he established his own domestic relations practice while assisting with misdemeanor and felony criminal defense cases at the municipal, state and federal level.
Mr. Hevenor’s other professional accomplishments include managing a United States Senate campaign, co-writing and co-producing the world’s first multiperspective interactive television program, managing the screening department of an international cable channel and working as a chef at Nike world headquarters. He is currently licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and Oregon.
